No, bulk hours can be used as long as there’s a valid support contract in place.

No, support is limited to assisting with pre-existing implementations.  For example, the creation of new tables, flows, reports, etc. would not be covered under our definition of support.  In these circumstances we would provide an estimate for the effort and request approval before proceeding.

Typically, clients request terms of 6 or 12 months however we can customer tailor a contract for your specific needs. (example: covering a leave of absence).

We don’t offer 24/7 coverage however under certain circumstances we can offer after-hours support for certain environments.  Please contact us for more details.

We can provide different service level agreements based on your organisation’s specific needs.
